Prepayment with credit cards
Extended payments can be arranged through financing with a
12-month same as cash option
Insurance assignment - As a courtesy we are happy to estimate
your insurance and help in any way we can in filling your claim.
However, we want to make sure you understand that payment
for services is your responsibility. Professional care is rendered
for your benefit and is charged directly to you, not to your
insurance company.
